• How can I track my order?

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

•  Do you ship internationally?

 Currently Anaghra Raoca ships within Canada and USA. Shipment to international destination is not available.

 

•  Can I return my order?

 If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of original date of purchase. Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unused, unopened, in same condition. •  If my package is lost, what should I do?

 We are not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer during the check out process. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such an shipping information. otherwise if the package is lost please email us at info@anaghraraoca.com to provide the best possible service.

 

•  How do I cancel my order?

 If your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel by reaching out to support@anaghraraoca.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped we are unable to cancel it.

 

• How long does it take to receive my refund?

 After the refund has been approved, depending on your bank account. it can take up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account.
