We accept payment from debit or credit cards, American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Shop Pay, as well as payments by PayPal.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of original date of purchase. Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unused, unopened, in same condition. Once we receive your item and the refund has been approved, depending on your bank account. It can take up to 14 days for the funds show in your account.
If your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped we are unable to cancel it.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support at Support@anaghraraoca.com to check if it's eligible for replacement.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support at Support@anaghraraoca.com and we can assist you with the next steps.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer during the check out process. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information. otherwise, if the package is lost please email us at email@example.com to provide the best possible service.
Currently Anaghra Raoca ships within Canada and USA. Shipment to international destination is not available.
